Why is the universe so big?

Isnt it a bit unkind on all the planets in the universe without life on? Why did your sky daddy bother making them? Couldnt they have simply made planet earth and the universe a bit smaller? I can see several explanations:

-they are a show of making the universe bigger than they had to
-they are incompetant and made a lot of waste
-they didnt realsie that smaller is more practicle

Is the bible a science book?

I know xians say that the bible isnt meant to be a science book but why didnt god make it one? If the bible said that their sky daddy spent billions of years making the universe then it would clear up a lot of confusion and if it said that he made us out of intermediate life forms rather than out of dust it would clear up a lot of confusion. Sky daddy could put in other stuff about morality and why he/she made us if he/she wanted. Doing so would have given scientific knowledge to ancient sand people and your blind faith would be a bit more credible. As Sam Harris pointed out, if the bible predicted the invention of the internet then it would be a lot more credible.

God could have done a better job of making me.

I know I have already posted today but I thought that I might get my blog off to a good start. If god exists why did he give me only one penis. You see having two would give me a backup if anything ever went wrong and I could have threesomes more easily. Well, that's my thought for today.
