are we perfect?

1) your sky daddy is perfect
2)therefore everything they do, including making us, is perfect
3)thus they would make us perfect
4)being perfect would mean being a sky daddy and so if your sky daddy is perfect so must we be
5)Hitler was not perfect and so neither is your sky daddy

Hi Mike,

You have me slightly stumped for a change. I will ask around on this one, but in the mean time....

Gen 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Very good is not perfect, however, i don't think that it follows that God's perfection is violated if He chooses to Create something less than perfection.

But, at least in my opinion, you finally have an argument. Let's check with some of the other folks, and see if your argument holds any water.

God Bless,

I would say we are perfect in regards to we are agents completing God's preordained plan. Everything we do may not be perfect viewed temporally, but is perfect in God's eternal plan. That is everything occurs to complete the perfection of the preordained outcome.
